When familiar solutions stop working
Many people struggle with persistent pain, tension, stress, or patterns that seem difficult to change. Others may simply sense there is more ease or possibility available in how they move and experience themselves.
We try stretching, exercise, massage, better posture, or simply pushing through — yet the same issues often return, or something doesn’t quite shift.
Sometimes the issue isn’t just where you feel it, but how your body is organizing movement and effort.

The Feldenkrais Method is an awareness-based approach that helps you discover more efficient and comfortable ways of moving. It supports organic change by helping you fully inhabit your body.
Rather than forcing change, it helps you notice and shift the patterns in how you move, sit and carry yourself.
As these patterns shift, unnecessary tension decreases on its own — and the effects carry over into everyday life.

Instead of trying to “fix” the body, we explore how it organizes itself in movement and posture. Through gentle attention and movement, new options begin to emerge.

How I work
Individual Sessions
Hands-on Feldenkrais sessions (Functional Integration), tailored to your needs, help you uncover the habits that keep you stuck and explore new ways of moving with greater ease. We can also apply these discoveries to everyday activities, so the changes become part of how you live.
Group Classes
Awareness Through Movement lessons guide you through gentle sequences that improve coordination and awareness. They help your system discover more ease and better functioning, often with a calm and grounding effect. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability.
Therapeutic Bodywork
In addition to Feldenkrais, I offer hands-on bodywork sessions that help reduce tension and invite deep relaxation. They can also support and reinforce the changes explored through Feldenkrais.
